Aspire Disability Group

Welcome to Aspire Disability Group! Our story began with a passion for Supported Holidays. Twelve years ago, our Director, Simon, started as a travel agent with Spencer Travel Group. When Simon’s cousin, who has a disability, wanted to plan a holiday, Simon realised there were limited travel options for people with disabilities. This inspired him to establish Aspire Supported Holidays, dedicated to creating inclusive, enjoyable travel experiences for everyone.  As Aspire grew, we expanded our services to include day support, support coordination, and then Aspire Disability Group was began. As Aspire Supported Holidays grew, Simon recognised a greater need for compassionate, day-to-day support services in the disability sector. Driven to fill this gap, Simon and Reanna grew a team of like-minded individuals who share a commitment to providing respectful, personalised care. Aspire Disability Group now supports clients in navigating and assisting them with the benefits of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our mission is to help clients achieve the best possible plans tailored to meet their unique needs, connecting them with services that empower their independence, support them to achieve their goals and live the best possible life. Our services extend to Day Support, Community Support, Social Participation, Short Term Accommodation, Respite, and Coordination of Supports (COS). Aspire Disability Group proudly serves the Newcastle, Maitland, Port Stephens, and Northern Rivers regions.
