Understanding Registration Pathways
The NDIS Commission requires all providers of certain supports to be registered. Your registration pathway depends on which registration groups you intend to provide supports under.
Each registration group has an associated audit type:
- Verification: A less intensive audit process for most registration groups
- Certification: A more comprehensive audit required for high-risk supports (registration groups 0137 and 0139)
If any of your selected registration groups requires certification, your entire application will undergo a certification audit.
