Founded in 2017 by three local women, our practice was built on a shared passion for supporting the wellbeing of our community. From the beginning, we understood the challenges families, individuals, and workplaces face in navigating mental health, and we wanted to create a space that was welcoming, accessible, and grounded in care. Over the years, we’ve grown to expand our services, bringing together a diverse team of psychologists and therapists. This allows us to offer a broader range of supports and expertise, ensuring that each person who walks through our doors can find the right help for their unique needs. Our team brings together a wealth of experience, with clinicians skilled in a variety of therapies to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We work across the lifespan, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through different stages of life. Each of our psychologists and therapists hold the relevant professional registrations and accreditations, ensuring safe and evidence-based care. Just as importantly, we are committed to ongoing professional development continually building our knowledge and skills so we can provide the most up-to-date and effective support for the people we serve. Our practice is guided by values that shape the way we connect with our clients, our community, and each other.
