DSEQ, a registered NDIS provider, is currently accepting referrals to support people in Hemmant, Queensland, and the eastern suburbs of Brisbane.

• Participation in community, social and civic activities:Enabling involvement in activities that promote connection and engagement.
• Community nursing care for high needs:Providing specialised nursing support for those with complex health requirements.
• Development of daily living and life skills:Training to build independence in everyday tasks.
• Innovative community participation:Facilitating new and engaging ways to connect with the community.
• Assistance to access and/or maintain employment and/or education:Support for pursuing or continuing work or educational goals.
• Specialised supported employment:Tailored help to find and thrive in supported employment settings.

The DSEQ team comprises experienced disability support workers, including specialists in mental health and peer support. They are committed to delivering person-centred NDIS services, fostering independence and empowering participants across Hemmant and the wider region.
