Based on the Sunshine Coast and servicing Brisbane and surrounding areas, we are a registered NDIS provider offering specialised support for people with disability and mental health needs. We are a neuro-affirming, holistic, and compassionate service that puts people at the centre of everything we do. Our experienced team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and Social Workers partners with individuals, families, and stakeholders to co-design practical, achievable plans that improve quality of life and build sustainable capacity. Whether we’re providing Positive Behaviour Support, functional assessments, or collaborative stakeholder engagement, we work closely with each participant to understand their unique needs, preferences, and goals—recognising that no two journeys are the same.
