Providing occupational therapy for children and youth with a focus on functional participation. We support young people in developing the skills to engage meaningfully within their school, home, and social environments. Kathryn, our registered behaviour support practitioner provides PBS services designed to address behaviours of concern in children and young people. She works collaboratively with families and carers to implement behaviour support plans that aim to improve overall wellbeing and functional independence. We have practitioners registered to provide occupational therapy for both Chronic Condition Management (CCM) plans, and Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP). These services require a GP referral.
