We started this organisation because we were tired of seeing people with disability treated like numbers instead of individuals. Too often, we saw and worked for providers more focused on profits than on people. Funding was being used inefficiently, supports were rushed, and real outcomes were overlooked. Participants and families were left frustrated, confused, and unsupported — even though the NDIS is meant to do the opposite. So, we decided to do something ourselves.
