Our groups offer a cost-effective, supervised and safe exercise program which are individually designed to each participant. Depending on your individual needs our groups can assist to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, bone density, balance, or any combination of these. Our groups are limited to a maximum number to ensure each person can be supported and assisted throughout the session. The Strength & Mobility Group is a 30 minute session, catering for 4-8 participants, with the goal of maintaining or improving whole body strength, mobility & balance to reduce risk of falls/ fractures and improve quality of life.
