• Household Tasks:Assistance with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a comfortable and functional home environment.
• Participation in Community, Social, and Civic Activities:Enabling connections with the community, participation in social events, and involvement in civic life.
• Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages/Transitions and Supports:Guidance through major life changes, including shifts in living arrangements, education, or employment.
• Community Nursing Care for High Needs:In-home or community-based nursing support for individuals with substantial health requirements.
• Development of Daily Living and Life Skills:Programs and strategies to cultivate independence and essential everyday skills.
• Innovative Community Participation:Creative, tailored approaches to promote meaningful engagement in community life.
• Home Modification Design and Construction:Expert assessment and implementation of home modifications to improve accessibility and safety.
• Assistance to Access and/or Maintain Employment and/or Education:Support for people pursuing work or education and aiming to sustain those pathways.
