How to find the right item code
When you're booking a service or checking an invoice:
- Go to the NDIS Price Guide
- Browse by category or search by name (e.g., "support worker" or "occupational therapy")
- Match the time of day, intensity, and location to your situation
- Note the item code for your records or to give to your provider
Why item codes matter
Item codes ensure you're charged the right rate and that the support is claimable under your plan. Using the wrong code can cause delays or incorrect billing.
