How many sessions can my budget buy?
If you have $3,000 in your Capacity Building budget for OT:
- $3,000 ÷ $193.99/hr = 15.5 hours
- At 1 hour per session = 15 sessions
- At 45 minutes per session = 20 sessions
Use the Therapy Sessions Calculator to work out your budget.
Travel and report-writing time
OTs can claim travel time and report-writing time separately (subject to limits in the PAPL). Check with your OT about their invoicing practices.
