North Coast Home Care Pty Ltdprovides person‑centred Aged Care and NDIS supports to clients across Wardell, Ballina, Alstonville, Lennox Head, Bangalow, Ocean Shores and Brunswick Heads. NDIS services are delivered through Ad-Lea Supported Living. Our aim is to help people remain independent, stay connected and reach their personal goals through flexible, tailored care in their home and local community. Through Ad-Lea Supported Living, we specialise in inclusive social evening events that help participants build confidence, form friendships and engage meaningfully with the broader community. Our team takes the time to listen to each person’s needs, delivering supports with dignity, respect and a clear focus on choice and control.

Our Aged Care Services — Delivered by North Coast Home Care Pty Ltd
- Independent Living Support:help with personal care (showering, dressing and grooming) plus mobility assistance and participation in community activities.
- Social & Wellbeing Support:companionship and social engagement to reduce isolation and help people stay connected with family and friends.
- Everyday Living Support:domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry, meal preparation and nutrition support, home maintenance, light gardening, and ensuring a safe, comfortable living environment; transport to appointments and assistance with shopping.
- Clinical & Allied Health Services:registered nurse services and clinical care, physiotherapy for mobility and rehabilitation, occupational therapy to boost independence and home safety, exercise physiology for strength and health, and podiatry for foot care and ongoing management.
- Professional Services:osteopathy for musculoskeletal health and pain relief, remedial massage for muscle comfort and circulation, and acupuncture to assist with pain management and overall wellbeing.
