Sincera was founded by Nimo Ahmed, a highly experienced registered nurse who has spent over a decade working in neurological, mental health and rehabilitation wards across Perth’s leading hospitals. After witnessing first hand the complexity and vulnerability of patients navigating brain trauma and neurological diagnoses, Nimo was driven to ensure that the same standard of expert, compassionate care could continue at home. Sincera, formerly Essential Healthcare and Disability Services, opened its doors in 2020 and was born from a deep belief that people living with a neurological condition deserve more than standardised care; they deserve to be seen, heard, and supported as a whole person. In 2025, we rebranded from EHDS to Sincera to create a brand that was aligned to our passion and purpose. Sincera exists to change the way care is delivered: with genuine compassion, clinical excellence, and heartfelt respect for every client’s journey.
