We provide NDIS-funded disability and mental health supports, including community access, in-home and personal supports, capacity-building services, and Positive Behaviour Support. Our services are delivered using trauma-informed and evidence-based practice, with a strong focus on dignity, choice, and control.
Rise Up WA Pty Ltd also offers psychological and mental health services, including counselling and psychological assessments for neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions (including ASD and ADHD), to support informed planning, intervention, and positive outcomes.
