NDIS price guide calculator 2026-27
Search support items, enter hours or quantity, choose a state or remote region, and see weekly, monthly and annual totals against the price limits.
Add one or more support items, then enter hours or quantity and how many times you deliver them each week.
The NDIS Support Catalogue sets maximum prices (price limits) for registered providers claiming NDIA-managed or plan-managed supports. Search the catalogue, add the items you deliver, enter hours or quantity, and set how often you deliver them each week. The calculator shows weekly, monthly and annual totals at the published price limit for the region you select.
State and remote price limits
The 2026-27 catalogue uses three published price columns: National, Remote and Very Remote. Australian states and territories use the national price limit. Choose Remote or Very Remote when the support is delivered in an NDIS remote or very remote area. Each selected item links to its price guide page with the full regional breakdown.
How the totals are calculated
Weekly total = price limit × hours or quantity × times per week. Monthly is weekly × 52 ÷ 12. Annual is weekly × 52. Quote-required items have no published limit and are left out of the totals.
Using this as a provider
Use the totals to check quotes and service agreements against the current price limits, or to estimate claiming volume for a typical week. Participants who are self-managed can negotiate different rates. Registered providers cannot exceed these limits for NDIA-managed or plan-managed supports.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do price limits change by state?
The 2026-27 Support Catalogue publishes National, Remote and Very Remote price limits. States and territories use the national column. Remote and very remote areas use the higher published limits.
What do hours and times per week mean?
Hours or quantity is the amount claimed each time (for example 4 hours). Times per week is how often that quantity is delivered. Four hours, twice a week, is 8 hours at the selected price limit.
Why is an item missing a total?
Some catalogue items require a provider quote and have no published price limit. Those items stay in your list and link to the item page, but they are excluded from weekly, monthly and annual totals.
Where do the prices come from?
Prices come from the NDIS Support Catalogue 2026-27, effective 24 September 2026. Each item links to its FindMyHelp price guide page and the official catalogue is cited below.
Important: This is general information only, not financial or care advice. NDIS price limits change annually. Always check the official NDIS pricing schedule for the most current rates and consult your plan manager or support coordinator about your specific situation.
